Shipping policy
DELIVERY INFO:
We usually process all orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays), but this may not be possible at busy times such as for orders placed in the run up to Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Easter.
All items on each order will be thoroughly checked in order to ensure that they are in perfect condition and will then be wrapped in our signature orange acid-free tissue with a toot garook label so that they are gift ready. Wherever possible, we recycle outer packing and padding materials.
UK SHIPPING:
FREE standard delivery on all orders over £75 to UK (excluding heavy or bulky items)*
All orders will be sent using a tracked service. Orders over £75 will be sent by Evri or Royal Mail**
*Please allow up to 5 working days, from the date we send your shipping confirmation, for your order to be delivered. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation if you haven’t received your order. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation if you haven’t received your order but we will not accept any responsibility for non-receipt of your order if you fail to notify us within the 28 days of receiving the shipping confirmation.
**Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland will be sent by Royal Mail.
Orders under £75 will be charged at £4.95 and will be sent, using a tracked service, via Evri or Royal Mail*. Please allow up to 5 working days, from the date we send your shipping confirmation, for your order to be delivered. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation if you haven’t received your order but we will not accept any responsibility for non-receipt of your order if you fail to notify us within the 28 days of receiving the shipping confirmation.
Any order containing Luxury Matches will be sent via Evri.
EXPRESS delivery on standard items £9.95 via Evri, DHL or Royal Mail** Please allow up to 3 working days from the date we send your shipping confirmation, for your order to be delivered.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation if you haven’t received your order but we will not accept any responsibility for non-receipt of your order if you fail to notify us within the 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation.

*Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & islands, some other areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take a couple of extra days.
